(Processing times are only during our business days. We do not count weekends or holidays). *Custom wig orders take 7-21 business days to complete, which will be depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended.

**READY 2 SHIP WIGS are shipped out same day if ordered before 3PM EST, or next business day.

*Please make sure your shipping and billing address are the same, if not you will be completely refunded. (We also have a wig form that needs to be filled out after purchasing anything over $100 to protect us both.)

After receiving your tracking number SHESOSNOB will not be responsible for any damaged products, delayed, or lost packages once it is in the shipping courier's possession.  We will do our best to make sure the process is handled for you, but it is not our responsibility. You can also file a claim through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX and they will help assist you. (If you live in a non-trusted area, please make sure you get the customer's signature for extra security).

 

There's no altering addresses or canceling orders once the order is placed due to the timeframe we are working. Once your order is placed the process begins immediately.
